About

100th Oldham Scout Group was formed as a merger of 2nd Royton (Ss. Aidan & Oswald) and 15th Chadderton (St. Herberts) in 2018. Since then the group has grown in numbers and we look forward to welcoming new members, both boys and girls, between the age of six and fourteen.

In addition to the regular Monday night meets, the group organise summer and winter camps for all sections as well as linking in with local district events.

Achievement is celebrated at presentation evenings on a six monthly basis, when badges are awarded for the activities undertaken . Families are invited to these presentations to share in the success of our Beavers, Cubs and Scouts whilst enjoying a fun night out together.
